I'm not sure that democratization will make the middle disappear, and I do agree with the idea that AI helps with democratization bc now more people will have access, and people who are genuinely good but maybe lacked the tools previously can now make greater things for the world.

我最近也在想這件事情，就是機械化與自動化的根本性差別：機械化是需要更高技能的操作機器的勞工的，比如說一台廣播級錄影機的操作難度在機械化時代是越來越高的，因為機器本身是越來越多功能的，需要更多的教育訓練，這也意味著企業會將訓練好的員工當成寶，不讓他們離開。

藍領階級在上個世紀可以說是談判力大幅衰退，也因為很多人轉進白領階級。現在白領階級也遭遇一樣的自動化困境（擅長 coding 與 Excel 的高技能勞工不再被需要，除非是主管職），那大量的中間部位白領勞工會再轉進到哪裡？內容創作者嗎⋯
感覺可以再來開一個坑挖一下工會運動史還有新自由主義的崛起
